Personalized Gifts for Dad from the Kids

Personalized gifts for dad that he will actually use

Dads are famously hard to shop for. Ask what he wants and the answer is usually nothing. A personalized gift for dad solves that, because it is something nobody else could buy him: his kids' faces on a golf ball, his name engraved on a guitar pick case, or a spoon that says the ice cream belongs to Grandpa. Every gift here is made to order, and personalization is free.

Gift ideas by what he loves

For the golfer

Custom photo golf balls put a family picture on every ball, so his playing partners always know whose ball is whose. Choose a single ball, a 3 or 6 pack with a premium gift box, or a 12 pack for the dedicated golfer.

For the musician

Engraved wooden guitar picks come with a case, and you can choose how many picks to include or add a capo. A thoughtful gift for a dad who still plays after the kids are asleep.

For the grandpa with a sweet tooth

An engraved stainless steel ice cream spoon shaped like a little shovel, in teaspoon and tablespoon sizes, makes it clear who is in charge of dessert. It is a fun gift from the grandkids that he will use every week.

For Christmas morning

Personalized pajama pants printed with a photo of the family, or of the dog, are guaranteed to get a laugh on Christmas morning. They come in sizes S to 4XL, with an optional gift box.

Father's Day, birthdays and Christmas

A personalized gift works for every occasion on dad's calendar:

• Father's Day: a gift from the kids with their names or photos on it. Order a few weeks before the date.
• His birthday: something tied to his hobby, from golf to music.
• Christmas: see more ideas in personalized Christmas gifts.
• New dads and grandpas: a first Father's Day gift or a grandpa gift from the newest grandchild.

What to put on a gift for dad

Keep it short and personal. His name, the kids' names, a nickname like Papa or Pops, or a line from a family joke all work well. For grandpa, the grandkids' names or Grandpa's Ice Cream is hard to beat.

Gifts from the kids

Young children can help choose the photo for the golf balls or the pajama pants, which makes the gift feel like theirs as much as yours. Older kids can pick the words. Shopping for the whole family? Engraved, printed or photo gifts

• Engraved: the stainless steel ice cream spoon and the wooden guitar picks are engraved, so the words will not rub off with use.
• Photo printed: golf balls and pajama pants carry your own photo in full color.
• Gift boxed: golf balls come with a premium gift box option and pajama pants with an optional gift box, so they are ready to give.

Personalized gifts for grandpa

Grandpas are often the hardest of all to buy for, which is exactly why a gift from the grandkids works so well. An engraved ice cream spoon that says it belongs to Grandpa, golf balls with the grandchildren's faces, or a family photo gift he can show off to friends means far more than another sweater. Let the grandchildren choose the photo or the words, and the gift becomes theirs too.
