If it turns up damaged or wrong, we replace it. You do not need to post anything back to us — keep the first one.
If something is wrong
Thirty days from the day it lands on the mat. If it turns up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us and a new one goes out free — you keep the first and post nothing back.
What we cannot do is take it back because it was not to their taste. Everything about the piece is shown on this page before you buy, and it is made for one person after you order. A real person answers your email inside one working day.

Love the quality of it! Just wish they would have reached out to me with a preview of what it would look like before hand and let me know the color of the names blend in way too much with the basketball. I would have chosen a different color for the names. Also it would be better if the font size was bigger. Which is why I give 4 stars. Other than that it's good. After leaving my first review, the seller reached out and agreed to send a replacement due to the names of the color blending in way too much. I really do appreciate that the seller reached out. I am updating this review to 5 stars since they worked well with me on my concern.

Questions people ask about this one
What if I spell the name wrong?
Email us within two hours and we fix it before it goes into production. Free. After that we remake it at half price — we would rather you had the right one than be right about the rules.
Is it engraved or printed?
Both — we use whichever lasts longer on the material. Wood, slate and metal are engraved, so the design is cut in and cannot peel. Ceramic, glass and fabric are printed with pigment that is fired or bonded in, not a transfer sitting on the surface.
Either way it is made to survive a dishwasher and a decade. Each listing tells you which one you are getting.
Can I see it before it ships?
Yes. The preview is generated from the exact file we cut from. What you see on screen is what turns up in the box.
What if they do not like it?
Honestly, we cannot take it back for that. Every listing shows the exact design, the fonts and the finish before you order, and your piece is made for one person after you buy — it cannot go back on a shelf.
