Cancellations: Full refunds are available within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies as the item enters production. For custom or personalized orders, a $5 design fee applies if cancelled.

Love the quality of it! Just wish they would have reached out to me with a preview of what it would look like before hand and let me know the color of the names blend in way too much with the basketball. I would have chosen a different color for the names. Also it would be better if the font size was bigger. Which is why I give 4 stars. Other than that it's good. After leaving my first review, the seller reached out and agreed to send a replacement due to the names of the color blending in way too much. I really do appreciate that the seller reached out. What if I spell the name wrong?
Email us at contact@opalinedecorgifts.com as soon as you notice. If your order has not gone into production yet, we can usually correct it. Once it is being made we may not be able to change it, and because your piece is made from the details you entered, a spelling mistake in the order cannot be refunded or replaced. Please check every name and date before you check out.
Is it engraved or printed?
It depends on the item. Some pieces are embroidered, some are engraved and some are printed, and the product description says which. If it doesn't, email us at contact@opalinedecorgifts.com before you order and we'll tell you.
Will I see a preview before it's made?
Not a live preview yet. Your piece is made from exactly what you type in the personalization fields, in the design, font and options you choose on the product page, so please check every name and date before you check out.
